To add functionality to the Base HD system, Digital Logic developed the Controller Board, which acts as an interface between Base HD and external devices such as lights, locks, sensors and many more...
Controller board has several module types which can be connected to it, such as I/O expander module and LED Display module.
Display module is comprised of 48 adressable RGB LEDs with integrated drivers arranged in 8 x 6 matrix.
I/O expander is modular, with 16 Inputs and 16 Outputs on each module. Up to 8 I/O expander boards can be connected to a controller board, giving 128 inputs and 128 outputs. It is capable of switching up to 5A at 12V DC.
