Our Live Tech & Remote Assistance service provides support through various forms of live communication, including VoIP live meetings, remote assistance, chat, or phone calls. This plan offers personalized assistance and is charged per 30-minute session.

To schedule Remote assistance or live technical support, make sure you fill in the Technical Support Ticket form with the following fields:

  • Select the Live Tech & Remote Assistance option from the Support Type
  • Type your license code into the License Code field
  • Further, follow the instructions to schedule the desired term for live assistance.
    You will be contacted shortly with the scheduled term confirmation.
